The process for this year will be a two phase process as follows. ALL player existing and new MUST attend BOTH phases. If a player can not attend they must contact the coach and/or the Director of Coaching.

New players will need a birth certificate to try-out.

All players, new and existing will need a small picture for their players card.

All players new and existing will need a Medical release form. Download at: www.cheyennesoccer.com/csa/policies/forms.aspx

Each tryout night check-in will begin at 5:30 and tryouts will begin approximately 6:00pm.

  U11 & U12 May 24th, 2010 North Park 6:00pm to 8:00pm
  U13 & U14 May 25th, 2010 North Park 6:00pm to 8:00pm
  U15 & Up June 1st, 2010 North Park 6:00pm to 8:00pm
Phase 2
  U11 & U12 May 26th, 2010 North Park 6:00pm to 8:00pm
  U13 & U14 May 27th, 2010 North Park 6:00pm to 8:00pm
